Next time:
I won't use such contrasting colors
I'll put interfacing in the snap flap
I'll sew straighter
I think my sewing machine is dead. I can't repair my tension and I'm 90% positive it's because something with the bobbin holder is broken. It has also been making terrible... TERRIBLE clicky noises while I sew... and now I broke a needle and I think it's stuck somewhere inside my machine.
However, beggers can't be choosers and the machine is 25 years old and was only about $20. I can drool over new machines all I want, but it's never going to happen. I want the Singer that sews and embroiders. A girl can dream, right? Reviews say the Brother PE700II is better, but it's also an extra $200. Maybe I should get my act together and start selling my longies and save for one.
I guess it's time to start using the 30 some year old sewing machine and pray it doesn't die on me too.
